One of our goals at Depop is to create more opportunities for the people in our diverse and fashion-forward community. And one of the ways that we support this aim is through our Now/Next program. It&rsquo;s an exciting project that takes some talented and inspiring Depop sellers from where they are now to where they want to be next. We offer certain individuals the support and guidance they need to take things to the next level. It&rsquo;s a chance for these amazing sellers to develop their existing skills, as well as learn new ones from a range of experts in the field. Now / Next with Black Sellers

Our <a href="https://blog.depop.com/articles/introducing-now-next">Now/Next program</a> is a project designed to take talented and creative Depop sellers to the next level. From where they are now to where they want to get to next. It teaches, nurtures and empowers sellers, giving them the opportunity to get to wherever they want to be next on their seller journey. The innovative program has been designed as part of our mission to become the world&#39;s most diverse and progressive home of fashion. And we&rsquo;re proud of it.

Based in Liverpool, Holly and Jack from Junkhouse source vintage sportswear from the USA. They built their business from nothing while still at University and are now branching out to running events, bringing together different elements of the creative scene in Liverpool.

Jack decided to sidestep university in favour of founding SET. His label blends wearable streetwear with outdoors-elements, taking inspiration from the industrial landscape of his Teeside hometown. With his brand already worn by the likes of Rejjie Snow and Skepta, we discovered a bit more about how it all began.

My store is full of reworked and upcycled vintage garments and objects. I love to bring new life to old and unloved items, tying fashion from days gone by in a big messy knot with modern styles and aesthetics.&rdquo; - @charitykase

How to create your own Bear Bag Materials: a teddy bear, a zip, some lining fabric, paint, accessories of your choice Tools: a tape measure, a sewing machine, a seam ripper, scissors, a needle and thread , a glue gun, paint brushes, a paint pallet, paint pots.&nbsp;

Sew a rectangular pouch with a zip. Cut the bear down the back and pull out some stuffing.

Insert the pouch into the split and hand stitch around the opening.

Cut straps to the desired length and sew on to the bear.

Paint your bear and customise with accessories using the glue gun.

Named after a favourite Raf Simons piece, Guitar Boy comes from Delawess&rsquo;s own personal style and tastes, each item a representation of who he is as an individual.

&ldquo;There&rsquo;s been this title and this idea of what fashion should be. So we&rsquo;re trying to redesign that idea, that mentality, and let people know that you can do whatever you want.&rdquo;

Giving unwanted items a second chance, Johnny sources his colourful vintage stock from local rag houses &ndash; the last stop on the line before clothing goes to landfill.&nbsp;

&ldquo;A lot of thrift stores are like &lsquo;oh we&rsquo;re just gonna throw this away&rsquo;. Then I take it, get the stains out, list it on my Depop &ndash; and people love it. A shirt that was about to be thrown away is now an 18-year old&rsquo;s new favourite shirt.&rdquo;
